Terms of Service: Your Legal Agreement with AskMe4Date

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AskMe4Date ("we," "us," "our," or "AskMe4Date") regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

7. Harass, abuse, harm, or advocate for the harassment, abuse, or harm of another person.
8. Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AskMe4Date, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Platform.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Platform.

The AskMe4Date name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AskMe4Date or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such Feedback into the Platform without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will AskMe4Date, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform, any websites linked to it, any content on the Platform or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Platform and its content is at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither AskMe4Date nor any person associated with AskMe4Date makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

To the fullest extent provided by law, AskMe4Date hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or delete your account through the account settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to delete your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy for instructions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
